PAINT IT FORWARD
We would love to be a part of your fundraiser with our Paint It Forward program! You choose the theme, date and painting of your choice and we will supply the artist, supplies and space. The set up is much like our private parties, but we can offer a slightly discounted ticket price to the fundraising organization. For your fundraiser you may add any amount onto our ticket price and collect the difference. The signups and collection of fees can be done by you or through our standard registration system. If you choose the latter, Captured Studios would then cut a check in the month following the fundraiser of the extra funds collected.

A minimum of 8 painters for a canvas class and 10 for a pallet class are required to have the studio exclusively for your event. Our studio can hold up to 36 painters, depending on the chosen project (less for pallet projects).
There is no fee to host a party at our studio. The minimum requirement must be met in order to host a private event. You can choose to pay for the group or a link can be made available for guests if requested.
Events may be hosted in our outdoor space when weather and scheduling permits.
You are welcome to bring Hors d'oeuvres and non-alcoholic drinks to the event.
We will host parties in the location of your choice (within a 20 mile radius) for a $40 travel and set up fee. Tables and chairs must be provided at the location and we will bring all the supplies. Locations outside of our area may be considered for an additional travel charge.
Each party will include the instruction for creating your chosen project, all the materials needed to complete your project and the necessary tools.
